Porn star, photographer sue over nude photos

A porn star who is suing for the removal of nude photos of her from a website she founded is suing in New York state court.

Jessica Rinaldi, 27, said in a court filing that the photos are defamatory because they are a direct attack on her image and she fears the photos will “destroy her reputation and reputation as a person.”

The lawsuit was filed on behalf of Rinaldini, who is also a porn star, actress and model.

In March, she was arrested and charged with trespassing on the premises of the online porn site, NudeGirlsGallery.com.

Rinaldtis’ attorney, Paul Schulz, said his client’s image was “destroyed.”

In a statement, the lawyer said his clients “have suffered extreme physical harm as a result of the photos” and that they “will fight vigorously to get the photos back.”

He said the case will be “an exciting legal case that is sure to make a difference in the lives of millions of women around the world.”

Rinaldinis founded the Nude Girls Gallery website in 2012 with the sole purpose of “pornography education for women in order to educate and empower women and girls to be free of pornography.”

She later sold the site and started her own company, Pornhub, in 2013.

The company has been accused of using its platform to promote sex trafficking, illegal drug sales and sex trafficking rings.

A separate lawsuit filed last year alleges that Pornhub was involved in the trafficking of children through prostitution, and that Rinaldeis was also responsible for the sale of some of the underage performers through her site.

Pornhub has denied any wrongdoing.

“Nude Girls galleries are the first online gallery that offers a safe, anonymous and anonymous safe place for adult performers to share and share candid, private and intimate photographs of themselves and their bodies,” a Pornhub spokesperson told ABC News.

“Our goal is to bring to life the sensual pleasures of the body, mind and spirit, and we have a deep respect for all individuals, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity.”

The National Center for Lesbian Rights said the lawsuit shows the harm that can be done when a person is labeled a “trafficker” online.

“We’re really concerned about this case because it’s about the harm it’s done to the women who are the victims of these sex trafficking,” NCLR Director Melissa Anderson told ABC.

“It’s a case that really needs to be taken seriously.

These are really young, vulnerable women who really need protection and support.”

The New York City attorney general’s office said that, while the city did not find evidence of the illegal trafficking, the city’s anti-trafficking law was violated.

“There is no evidence to suggest that there’s any trafficking of minors,” said Attorney General Eric Schneiderman, who said in his statement that “the allegations against Pornhub are utterly baseless and totally without merit.”
