How the Irish lost their way

Dublin’s famous Galleria has reopened after a four-month hiatus.

A decade after its closure in 2005, the Galleria reopened its doors to the public for a second time in four years in late December.

The refurbished venue, which has hosted major events like the G20, is expected to host events for a number of years.

The venue will host an exhibition of artwork, art, photography and other artworks, as well as the annual Dublin City Art Festival.
